At Club CLUE Pre-School
4 and 5 year-olds will be provided with a solid foundation in respect and
self discipline while emphasizing individual strengths. A structured
learning environment, emphasizing a social language curriculum, will prepare
children to interact successfully at home, school and in the community. The
social language philosophy helps children understand and engage
appropriately with their environment by teaching them the unwritten rules
associated with various settings.
Our warm, accepting
classroom environment will foster mutual respect for the learning process of
each child. Through close personal attention we will encourage each child to
maximize individual talents to develop a sense of self; to understand social
cues and respond appropriately; to become a self-motivated learner.
Your child will benefit
from research based materials, experienced teachers, typical peer models,
and an environment that respects each child's unique strengths all in a
classroom with a student/teacher ratio of 1:7 or less.
Community days/field
trips will be incorporated into the curriculum to allow students the
opportunity to practice new skills within integrated settings.
Social Curriculum
